I've incorporated nutrition and fitness as a priority in my lifestyle for over 10 years. Originally growing up on the west coast, I now live in the southeast with my husband and three daughters. As a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Holistic Nutritionist Specialist, I feel blessed to support others in achieving their nutrition goals.
After starting a family I decided to advance my education in the field of holistic wellness and nutrition, specifically whole food, plant-based living and longevity. The idea that solid nutrition forms the cornerstone of achieving and maintaining excellent health resonated with me. It was this discovery that fueled my passion for evidence-based nutrition and inspiring others in my family to pursue healthy lifestyle changes.
I enjoy being active. After my time in the Army, where I participated in a variety of activities including endurance training and running, I now enjoy my indoor spin bike and strength training. I believe that everyone can find a way to enjoy movement, whether it is running every day or walking a few times a week. I make it a priority to meet my clients where they are on their wellness journey. This is key to developing lifelong habits, while adding passion back into daily activities. I'm excited for the opportunity to support others as they reach beyond their comfort zones to optimize their wellness so they too can live happy, healthy lives.
